What Evenfall does
Their records in one place
Their records are requested by Triangle over the national health-record networks, while you add what's in the folder: discharge papers, medication lists, photos of paper records. It becomes one history, and new records join it as they arrive.
A summary for whoever asks
A plain-language summary of their history sits beside a medication list drawn from their records. When a visiting nurse or a relative asks, the answer is in one place.
Answers about their records
A chat that knows their history answers questions about what the records say, and a licensed clinician reviews their medical history. Nothing has to be retold from memory.
One picture for the family
Invite family members and their doctors, and decide who may see the profile and who may help manage it. Everyone reads the same summary, so you don't retell it on every call.
What makes Evenfall different
Kept beyond the kitchen table
A folder on the kitchen table holds the papers someone brought home. Evenfall keeps those papers with the records Triangle requests, in one history the people you choose can read.
Quiet by design
Evenfall doesn't provide care, send alerts or watch over anyone. Their hospice team is still the one to call; Evenfall keeps the records together so the family can understand them.
From clinics, hospitals and portals
A long illness leaves records across clinics, hospitals and portals. Triangle requests them through Carequality and TEFCA, which reach many of those places though not every one, and you upload the rest.
Who uses Evenfall
- Families caring for someone in hospice
- The son, daughter or partner everyone turns to with questions about a loved one's care
- Relatives who want the same summary and medication list wherever they live
The team behind Evenfall
Arun Verma, Jonathan Grubb and Justin Balthrop co-founded Triangle (Triangle Health, Inc.), the company in Pasadena, California, that makes Evenfall. Arun, its CEO, began the work in 2023, when a brain tumor diagnosis left him gathering his records and the research by hand. Evenfall brings that same order to families caring for someone in hospice.

How Evenfall works
Set up a profile for them
Evenfall starts with Triangle's 7-day free trial and a profile set up in your loved one's name.
The forms, and an intake visit
Identity, address and consent forms come next, along with an intake visit with a clinician.
Let the records gather
Triangle sends the records request through Carequality and TEFCA, and the folder's papers can be added alongside.
Share, when you're ready
Look through their health topics and medications, ask what you need to, invite family, and connect an assistant only if it helps. If you need Triangle, the address is support@trianglehealth.com.

Frequently asked questions
Why does Evenfall exist, and who makes it?
Evenfall is a quiet place where a loved one's medical records are kept for the family. Triangle makes it, and that is where the account lives.
Is there a cost to Evenfall?
There is a 7-day free trial at the start, and it asks for a card. After the trial, Evenfall costs $9 a month, and cancelling is possible in whatever month suits you.
Does Evenfall provide medical or hospice care?
No. Evenfall is a place for records, offered by Triangle as research and educational support, and nothing in it diagnoses, treats or prescribes. Their hospice team and clinicians decide on care.
Can a family member's ChatGPT, Claude or Grok read Evenfall?
Yes, if it helps. Each family member's assistant links through MCP to https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp; every connection sees only what its owner allows. The steps are written out at trianglehealth.com/agents.
Are their records kept safe?
Yes. Triangle is HIPAA compliant and keeps their records encrypted while stored and while moving, at rest and in transit. No one buys their information or uses it to advertise, and the profile stays closed to anyone you haven't invited.
Can Evenfall help with an advance directive?
It doesn't prepare documents or give legal advice. If you would like a copy kept with their records, you can upload it like any other document.
What happens to the records later?
They stay private. You can delete them whenever you are ready.
Can family members who live far away see it?
Yes, once you invite them. Each person reads the same summary and medication list, and you set what they can do with the profile.
